Inspired by Japanese city pop and retro racing games, this 8-bit style animation features a car cruising past a pixelated cityscape, designed as a loopable background for lofi music streams. I handled every aspect of the project, from concept and animation to adapting sourced illustrations into a cohesive 8-bit aesthetic using Adobe After Effects.
