This animated explainer video dives into the legend of the Mothman, a cryptid rooted in West Virginia folklore. Inspired by my own Appalachian upbringing, the project blends storytelling with visual design to explore the significance of the creature. I handled every aspect of production—from concept development and scripting to recording the voiceover, sourcing stock images and textures, designing original graphics in Adobe Illustrator, and animating the piece in Adobe After Effects.
